We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, weights, ingredients and other information displayed on our website are accurate.Product packaging, appearance, colours and specifications may occasionally change. Screen displays may also affect how colours appear.For food products, always check the physical product packaging, ingredients and allergen information before consumption, particularly where you or the intended consumer has allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:An item is unavailable;Payment cannot be authorised;An obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred;Delivery cannot be completed to the address supplied; orWe reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be shown before you complete checkout.We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be shown at checkout.Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to fulfil orders within the agreed timeframe.Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing an order.

For products to which the statutory cancellation right applies, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions apply under UK law, including in certain circumstances to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, personalised goods and certain sealed goods once unsealed.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.Goods must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described. The Halicious® name, logos, product names, Sapling Family™, Cuddlings™, characters, illustrations, packaging designs, photographs, copy, graphics and other original brand assets are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Halicious Ltd.They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

You must not knowingly misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, unlawfully scrape content or use our intellectual property without permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or, where you purchase as a consumer, losses arising solely from business or commercial use.

We may update these Terms periodically. The version applying to your purchase will normally be the version in effect when you placed your order.
